When paying PD via any payment channel, including, but not limited to EFT, ATM or any payment gateway, it is your responsibility to ensure the correct amount was entered. Under no circumstances will PD refund payments over and above the quoted and requested amount. Should you overpay the quoted amount, your PD account will be credited with the additional funds, which may be used for future PD subscriptions, services and products.

 

Refunds cannot be given due to system incompatibly. It is your responsibility to ensure your system software and browser is up to date and compatible with the PD website.
